First explored in Japan by Sensei Mikao Usui, Reiki can be directly translated as ‘Universal Life Force Energy.’ With “Rei” meaning life force or spiritual consciousness and “Kei” meaning vitality or energy, Reiki is an energetically healing modality that supports the highest holistic wellbeing of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.

ADULT

  • What to expect…

    Root

    Surrounded by the healing frequency of roses, each one-on-one session will begin with an initial consultation around rooting into any intentions arising for the healing. Once acknowledged, the healing will open with a guided meditation, honoring the energetic channel within and between.

    Blossom

    While resting, the healing will then flow through the body, blossoming at each energetic center, giving room for all thought forms, feelings, or sensations to be held in grace as they are invited to be seen, heard, and felt. The gentle energy serves to soothe, and settle the body, as Reiki is a deeply calming modality that has the capacity to support with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

    Grow

    The session will conclude with an exaltation of growth, offering a nourishing and deeply connecting opportunity to debrief, by speaking into anything that came through, only if desired.     While all present are resting, the healing will then flow through the group, moving through the body, blossoming at each energetic center, giving room for all thought forms, feelings, or sensations to be held in grace as they are invited to be seen, heard, and felt. The gentle energy serves to soothe, and settle the body, as Reiki is a deeply calming modality that has the capacity to support with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

    The Group Healing will conclude with an exaltation of growth, offering a nourishing and deeply connecting opportunity to jointly debrief, by speaking into anything that came through, only if desired.

    Then, through art-making, children and teens will be guided to get more curious about their own self-expression. Each session is specifically tailored to the individual child or teen, and will focus on growing self-discovery through illuminating their energetic awareness with accompanying creative projects to activate and embody the themes being explored. Examples of creative projects include pottery, painting, jewelry making, drawing, playing with plants and floral crown creation, collage, and much more.

    Empowering and enlightening, through connecting conversation and play, children and teens are inspired to investigate their own inner wisdom and potential through art, while learning skills to support themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

    Grow

    Each child or teen healing will conclude with a celebration of their growth, by reviewing all that was expressed throughout the session, especially the activities that came through as beneficial for more expansive support. Children and teens, are then able to take home their creative projects following each session.

  • Over the course of six weeks, participants in the Sacred Rose Girls Groups will be empowered to explore their own connection to spirit or something greater than themselves through creative expression, meaningful connection, and time in nature, inviting them to root, blossom, and grow in an uplifting, supportive, and sacred community.
